In April 2015, All Pro Restoration was retained to rebuild a multi-family complex severely damaged by fire. Three of the units in the eight-plex sustained heavy damage rendering them a "total loss". Our team encountered multiple issues including asbestos abatement, major structural damage to the residential exterior block wall, and multiple code upgrades. On behalf of the owner, All Pro Restoration worked directly with the City of Tempe, the insurance company, and the engineering firm to ensure the property was returned to pristine condition. To prevent tenants from relocating we employed an aggressive rebuild timeline ensuring the owner would retain occupancy and secure existing revenue from his renters. Learn more.
