Phase One and Two of Rail Road Springs Town Homes consists of seventy multi-family units, ranging from two to four bedrooms, 1,400 to 1,900 square feet. All units have granite counter tops throughout, dual pane energy efficient windows, nine foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, 18" tile, two tone paint, wood flooring in living rooms, and epoxy floors in the garages. The project will be complete in April of 2017.
