Sean and Will are awesome. If your home ever needs to be restored, just hire them if you can. They will be an advocate for you throughout the entire process with the insurance adjuster, take care of all the paperwork with the bank, and make sure that you are aware of what is going on every step of the way. If you have questions or concerns about the build process, or any ideas on how things should go, they will listen, advise, and do everything they can to get you what you want.
I found myself in a nightmare of sorts when our home nearly burned down. Someone recommended All Pro Restoration to me and they could not say enough about them, so I called them up. Sean and Will came out to my girlfriend’s house to meet with me, sat down, and went through everything with me. Not once did I feel pressured to make a choice to hire them, nor did I get the feeling that they were anything less than honest, transparent, and experienced.
Sean and Will have some of the best customer service I have ever witnessed. They respond right away to text, emails, and calls. They call on a regular basis to ensure you know what is going on and clarify what you want before they move forward with a part of the build. If you are not happy with a portion of the rebuild, they will fix it. If something does not go as planned, you will not hear an excuse, only a solution. If you do not understand something, they will take the time to explain it.
Though they do work fast, however, they do not allow corners to be cut. If you think corners are being cut, they will hear you out and address the concern immediately in a personable and professional manner. They never impeded communication and encourage you to visit the house during the build and reach out to them whenever you want.
